Team sailing is motivation and education, training and incentive - and this simultaneously at the the same time. Aboard a yacht the rules are changing: Only perfect collaboration within the crew will allow to achieve the goals. And there is no way to escape from this rule.

That is the idea our team training is based on. Melting the educational programme with a motivational incentive we are building a crew that will push your business in the future. While asuming positve sailing experience the participants will adopt harmonized business messages, improving their soft skills  and/or learning how to manouevre a sailing yacht depending on the individualy agreed package. 

The boat with it's own rules and environment forces collaboration and positive team commitment. Participants will become a crew, the individuals will recognize that you can't run these manouevre on your own - but within the crew any goal can be achieved.
